Hello! As my small business has continued to grow, I just want to take a second to reintroduce myself! My name is Alana, I have been doing hair for as long as I can remember! I have had my license for 5 years, and have been in business for 3 years. I love everything hair! My passion is to make everyone feel welcomed and more confident! Outside of work, I love to hang out with my boyfriend, try new foods, travel, and hang out with my friends! I am so thankful for each and every one of you beautiful people who helps support my small business! You guys make my dream job so much fun and I couldn’t be more grateful for the constant support! Last year my partner encouraged me to go full time with my business, and I couldn’t have been more thankful. He is one of my biggest supporters! Cancellation Policy
I value your business and time and ask that you respect my cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, PLEASE notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours are required to pay a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment.
Clients cancelling less than 4 hours before the appointment are required to pay 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment.
No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service.
After a 10 minute grace period, you will be marked as a no show.
If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Cancellations due to illness will still be subject to my cancellation policy out of respect for reserved appointment time.
